Nutritional Aspects of Disease

SHOW FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE

Examines nutritional, biochemical, and physiological aspects of disease processes and studies the role of nutrition in prevention, management, and treatment of disease.

Same as NUTR 420. 3 undergraduate hours. 3 graduate hours. Prerequisite: FSHN 220 or comparable course with a physiology prerequisite; MCB 450 or equivalent.
