Skills and knowledge essential for leisure-time activities which are classified as dance activities. Prerequisites and descriptions for each developmental activity may be provided in the Class Schedule. More than one activity may be taken in the same term, but they must be different activities.

College Ct., Urbana. This course is designed to give students a foundational knowledge of dance activities as a form of aerobic activity. Students will engage in activities during class that include dancing, discussions, and group projects. This course will attempt to give students the competence and confidence to perform dance in a recreational capacity. For University Residence Hall students until December 10th.
