Section Info:
This will be a project-based course with a flexible schedule. You will work directly with the instructor to determine the schedule. The course involves learning advanced topics such as differential analysis in discrimination tests, Thurstonian modeling, multivariate techniques, clustering, and biometrics, with students managing a research project related to these areas. Weekly meetings with the instructor will guide progress, but students should expect to dedicate at least five additional hours per week to complete the assignments and learning goals. The flexible schedule allows students to work closely with the instructor. The final assessment will be a literature review or research paper based on their findings.
