Communication-based course that focuses on enhancing professional oral presentation skills, particularly with regard to communicating current food science and/or human nutrition topics.

2 graduate hours. No professional credit. Prerequisite: Undergraduate degree in foods, nutrition, or comparable background in chemistry, microbiology, physiology, or other biological science; consent of instructor.
