Focuses on modeling and analysis of decision-making problems in supply chain. The course covers several essential topics in supply chain analytics, including demand planning, optimization, simulation, inventory control, and supply chain contracts. Emphasis is placed on modeling, implementation, and analysis and interpretation of results. Through a mix of theoretical knowledge and practical application, students will learn how to analyze and improve supply chain operations to enhance efficient and effective management of resources.
Prerequisite: BADM 335.
