Nutritional Counseling and Treatment for Eating Disorders

Credit: 2 hours.

Examines prevention and treatment of eating disorders, with a focus on nutritional counseling and therapy as provided by a Registered Dietitian. Incorporates guest lectures from multiple disciplines and provides opportunities to learn about and practice counseling techniques in simulated scenarios.

Prerequisite: FSHN 420 or consent of instructor.
