This course will meet in BIF 4001. The course will focus on stochastic models and techniques that have emerged in the context of the planning, analysis, design and operations of service systems. Theoretically, we will study Stochastic Processes with special emphasis on their application to service systems. We will discuss state-of-the-art research papers concerning service operations management.
