This course prepares students to critically formulate and solve a range of real-world problems faced by business organizations. Addressing business problems is central to the professional services offered by management consultants across many fields (e.g., strategy, technology, market analysis, operations, supply chain, organization). The course employs a unique classroom model that combines faculty expertise with executive experience from the consulting industry, which allows students to benefit from hands-on experiential learning about business problems.
Approved for Letter and S/U grading. Prerequisite: Sophomore or Junior standing required.
