Relationship of microorganisms to food manufacture and preservation, to food and industrial fermentation and processing, and to food-borne illness.

Same as MCB 434. 3 undergraduate hours. 3 graduate hours. Prerequisite: MCB 101 or MCB 301 or equivalent.
