Theatrical Tabletop Role-Playing Game Design

Credit: 3 hours.

This project-based course invites students to bring theatre into the world of tabletop role-playing games through embodied storytelling and collaborative performance. Drawing inspiration from iconic plays, musicals, television, and films, students will explore how dramatic techniques, character work, and ensemble play can shape immersive one-shot TTRPG experiences.

Same as GSD 325. Credit is not given toward graduation for: GSD 390 section ASH and THEA 385/GSD 325.
