Credit: 4 hours.
Introduces a core set of macro research methods to human resources and industrial relations PhD students. Through short lectures, discussion sessions, in-class exercises, and weekly and final assignments, students learn about issues that will arise in macro research, acquire analytical skills to deal with those problems, and develop their own research topics.
Prerequisite: Restricted to students with Graduate standing.
