AI-Integrated Supply Chain & Operations Strategy

Credit: 3 hours.

Examines how organizations design and manage operations and supply chains to achieve competitive advantage. Covers operations performance, capacity, purchasing, process technology, improvement, and product and service development strategies. Explores how emerging technologies — including artificial intelligence, digital twins, IoT, and blockchain — are transforming supply chain and operations management. Cases and industry speakers connect frameworks to current practice, with attention to sustainability, resilience, and ethical AI governance.
