Operations Management in Healthcare

Credit: 4 hours.

Introduces operations management tools and methodologies to develop quantitative models that can identify, analyze, and solve complex problems in a healthcare setting. Students will study applications of these modeling methods to planning, design, control, and decision making for healthcare delivery systems.

Prerequisite: Restricted to Public Health, MPH; Epidemiology, MPH; or Master of Health Administration, MHA programs.
