Objectives, techniques, literature, and materials for teaching the young pianist from about ages 11 through 18 (middle school to pre-college level); teaching the adult beginner; observation of lessons and supervised student teaching experience.

2 undergraduate hours. 2 graduate hours. Required of piano performance majors. Prerequisite: Senior standing in music or music education, or consent of instructor.
