Title: Global History Topic: History 100 is an excellent introductory offering showing students the myriad interconnected currents of world history from the Early Renaissance up to the present. The class follows a chronological arc, touching upon, yet in no way limited to, colonial era interactions, economic transitions between mercantilism, capitalism, and socialism, state formation and power, and various social movements from the mid-19th century into the 20th and 21st century world.
