Jazz Listening Seminar II

SHOW FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE

Credit: 2 hours.

A continuation in greater depth of material presented in MUS 462. Further examines the aural elements of improvisation in a jazz idiom. A chronological survey of jazz artists presented via recordings. Topics will vary with the introduction of each new artist or group.

2 undergraduate hours. 2 graduate hours. Prerequisite: Jazz majors or consent of instructor.
