Problems and Methods

Credit: 4 hours.

Introduction to methods in research and stylistic criticism and to bibliographic aids, editions, and editing of music, as related to the work of the musician and composer. Reports of bibliographic problems and on individual projects are presented orally and in writing. Required of all students in the Master of Music program, except those majoring in musicology.
