(ANSCI 385) Fundamental aspects of the ecology of microorganisms and their biochemical activities related to the degradation of organic matter with emphasis on the gastrointestinal tract of production animals.
Prerequisite: MCB 350 or MCB 352 and MCB 353, and MCB 100 or MCB 300 or MCB 424, or consent of instructor.
