SHOW FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE

Examines principles of financial planning applied to individuals and households, with attention to organizing and analyzing financial information, budgeting, acquiring financial assets, managing credit, planning for taxes, investments, risk management, retirement, and estate planning.

These include vision and goals setting, risk management planning, investment planning, debt reduction/student loan planning, tax planning, retirement income planning, estate planning, and more. This class attempts a comprehensive overview of personal financial planning topics for a broad audience. The content reviewed is designed to help you begin the process of creating a personal financial plan.

This section will include all personal finance elements of a traditional ACE 240 section and address personal finance issues in an era of dynamic financial markets. All sessions will be ONLINE. The course will have optional discussion sessions allowing students to dive deeper into personal finance and financial planning content. The course will also have asynchronous components. While this is a second eight week class, students will have access to the course upon registration and can begin their studies at any time over the semester.
