Studies the problems of the lyric stage. Investigation of and practice with casting methods, program selection, production procedures, stage direction, coaching methods, and opera dramatics.

3 undergraduate hours. 2 graduate hours. May be repeated up to a maximum of 6 undergraduate hours or 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: Consent of instructor.
