Supervised individual study on advanced special problems in food science and human nutrition.

Approved for both letter and S/U grading. May be repeated in the same or subsequent semesters. Summer session, 1 to 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: Written consent of instructor must be obtained prior to enrollment.
