(FR 311) Reading and interpretation of selected French novels and short narratives from all periods. History and analysis of narrative literature as a genre. Topics will vary.

May be repeated to a maximum of 6 hours. Prerequisite: FR 207, 208, FR 209, and FR 210; or equivalents.
