(FSHN 329) Application of the principles of normal and therapeutic nutrition, nutrition assessment, nutrition intervention and evaluation as related to the management and treatment of disease states. Laboratories will allow for the development of skills in each of these areas. This course is the clinical capstone course for the dietetics curriculum.

Prerequisite: FSHN 320 and MCB 350, or concurrent enrollment.
