Hospitality Management & Leadership Skills

Credit: 3 hours.

Application of behavioral science and management techniques, methods and strategies to the hospitality industry. Applied management techniques will focus on those managerial behaviors needed to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with subordinates, peers, supervisors and individuals external to the hospitality organization.

3 undergraduate hours. No graduate credit. Prerequisite: FSHN 340 or consent of instructor.
