Wind Band Lit & Hist 1

Credit: 4 hours.

Study of the literature and history of the concert wind band including chamber winds. Focus on typical and pivotal compositions, composers, performers, conductors, and wind bands throughout history.

Prerequisite: Graduate standing in music or music education.
