(MATSE 343) Examines the application of science and engineering principles to the design, selection and performance of engineering alloys. Studies alloy classes, design, effect of alloying elements, relation to processing variables, and structure-property relationships; design project.
Prerequisite: MSE 440 or consent of instructor.
