A design thinking approach to problem finding and opportunity recognition is valuable to the process of innovation and creating impact. This course engages students in design research to support projects in the WIE Impact Lab. Course section includes design research and solution prototyping to improve engineering internship experiences and professional development for women. Students will engage with stakeholders in Women in Engineering and Engineering Career Services and with corporate partners who recruit students from The Grainger College of Engineering. Restriction(s): Restricted to Undergrad - Urbana-Champaign.
