Explores three methodologies as possible contexts for research in dance. Required for Bachelors of Arts students; elective for graduate students. This course offers opportunities for students to develop and practice selected academic skills that will equip them to pursue their research interests. Some of these skills include but are not limited to interviewing, performance analysis, phenomenological protocol writing, and coding.

3 undergraduate hours. 3 graduate hours. Prerequisite: Restricted to undergraduate and graduate students in Dance.
