Credit: 1 hours.
Continues to develop deep intellectual and physical understanding of the basic yoga asanas learned in DANC 301: Yoga Fundamentals. Begin to practice intermediate-level poses, and develop a remedial understanding of pranayama (energy control achieved though breath).
May be repeated in separate terms up to 2 hours. Prerequisite: DANC 301. For dance majors only.
