Introduces students to the entrepreneurial process and to essential business concepts relevant to entrepreneurship. Students will learn about the key activities of entrepreneurship, including idea generation, resource acquisition, and business model development, and about multiple forms of entrepreneurship, including startups, within-company new businesses and social ventures. The course also addresses the intersection of entrepreneurship and broader societal issues.
Approved for Letter and S/U grading.
