Full Course Title: Making Information Policy: Market, Politics, and Law. This course provides an overview of information policy and information technology policy. It introduces the basics of technology policymaking in the U.S. through foundational works in political economy and public policy cases. We also examine how the U.S. legal system has shaped its information policy landscape. Finally, it surveys information policy and cyberspace governance in the global context, with both trade and security implications.
