Students will have the opportunity to contribute to the Books to Parks project, a collaboration between the National Parks Service and the Center for Children’s Books at Illinois. Books to Parks links award-winning youth literature to historical sites protected by the federal government, encouraging users to develop appreciation for and stewardship of NPS sites. Students will learn how Books to Parks equips visitors to read literature—and history—critically. Graduate student questions may be sent to ischool-advising@illinois.edu
