This course provides students with foundational knowledge, strategies, and skills necessary to develop and maintain a healthy and physically active lifestyle. Students will engage in weekly, self-determined physical activity throughout the 8-weeks. This course attempts to provide students with strategies to establish and maintain healthy habits related to one’s personal physical activity. 1ST EIGHT WEEKS: Registration for this course will close at 9 AM on the first day of instruction.
