In this course, students will participate in weekly, multilevel, group yoga classes and learn about the physical and psychological health benefits of yoga. This course will 1) introduce postures with anatomical alignment principles, breathing and meditation techniques; 2) encourage participation in weekly wellness practices; and 3) enhance understanding of yogic practices to improve overall health and wellbeing.
