Section Info:
This course is intended to provide a practical understanding to optics/light for engineering and science students who are non-specialists. Students will be introduced to basic concepts in electromagnetic fields and waves as they pertain to measurement science and imaging. An emphasis will be placed on current phenomena and echnologies. Advanced background in electromagnetics is not required. This is a great intro course to get some exposure to optics!!
