This section will open to all students in the College of Business on Monday, November 18, 2013 and to business minors on Monday, November 25, 2013 at approximately 9:00 a.m. This is an elective course for undergraduate students pursuing the business minor. This course fosters student's ability to create effective agreements between two or more parties. It imparts a general framework for buyer-seller transactions and the resolution of disputes. The course is based on a series of simulated negotiations in a variety of contexts to provide practice and understanding for planning, conducting, and analyzing negotiations.
