Credit: 3 hours.
Survey of the international trade in and production of horticultural foods, beverages, herbs, spices, floricultural crops, interior plants, and landscape plants. Important export and import crops will be discussed. Legal and environmental issues are explored. Term project required.
Prerequisite: CPSC 112, or HORT 100 or IB 103.
Field Trip Fee Required.
