Microbes and the Anim Indust

Fundamental aspects of the ecology of microorganisms and their biochemical activities related to the degradation of organic matter with emphasis on the gastrointestinal tract of production animals.

Prerequisite: MCB 350 or MCB 352 and MCB 353, and MCB 100 or MCB 300 or MCB 424, or consent of instructor.
