Develops skills in rehearsal techniques and aural skills. Application of teaching strategies and learning theory. Refinement of fundamental concepts of gesture; development of advanced conducting skills and score reading skills; development of score analysis techniques.

Prerequisite: MUS 242; instrumental music education majors, or consent of instructor.
