This course is designed to acquaint students with fundamentals of photojournalism. Instruction will include techniques to produce photographs; the conception and planning of pictures; the pictorial coverage of news events and human interest situation; the planning and execution of photo layouts. Cameras provided by college.

Prerequisite: College of Communications major or consent of instructor.
