Qi-Gong for Health and Inner Harmony, 3 hours. Qi-Gong is a traditional Chinese body-mind exercise and healing technique. Qi-Gong has been demonstrated as a simple, yet effective means for stress reduction, health, wellbeing and disease prevention. Along with the history and the principles of Qi-Gong, Yi-Zhi-Chan Qi-Gong, one of the most popular Qi-Gong forms used in China will be taught. Other related Chinese holistic health philosophy and methods will also be covered in the course through lectures and demonstrations. First Year Discovery Program Course. Registration restricted to freshmen.
