Application of behavioral science and management techniques, methods and strategies to the hospitality industry. Applied management techniques will focus on those managerial behaviors needed to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with subordinates, peers, supervisors and individuals external to the hospitality organization.

3 undergraduate hours. Prerequisite: FSHN 340 and FSHN 441, or consent of instructor.
