The principles of the management of beef cattle enterprises. Applies science and technology to the breeding, selection, feeding, health and production of beef and beef products. Emphasizes the use of research findings in decision-making.

Credit is not given for both ANSC 213 and ANSC 401. Prerequisite: ANSC 321 or equivalent.
