Physics of Plant Environments

(NRES 388) The physics of transport processes in the soil and aerial environment of plants; exchanges of energy and gases in crop canopies, and the retention and flow of water, gases, solutes, and heat in soils.

Prerequisite: PHYS 101 or 140, MATH 220 or MATH 234, and NRES 201.
