(PSYCH 494) Examines the principal methods of descriptive and inferential statistics used in the analysis of multiple measurements, emphasizing linear transformations, multiple regression, principal components, multivariate analysis of variance, canonical correlation and variates, discriminant functions and variates, and conventional procedures of factor analysis; involves both theory and applications.

Same as EPSY 584, and SOC 584. Prerequisite: PSYC 407 or EPSY 581 or EPSY 582 or consent of instructor.
