SURVEY OF YOUTH-RELATED APPLIED EXTENSION RESEARCH AND PROGRAMMING course overview: Youth programming is vital to University of Illinois Extension efforts. Learn about applied Extension research being conducted by Illinois Extension scholars and professionals focused on youth, ranging from STEM learning, technology, school food programs, nature, and inclusion of youth in program planning, among other topics. Students will explore the public engagement mission area of the university through exposure to youth-based content. Information regarding translation of research into educational programs for youth will be presented.
