Business Value and Skills Application

Application of foundational financial principles to real-world challenges faced by chemical engineers across a range of industries. Students will consider case studies and interact with guest speakers to explore how financial decision-making integrates strategic thinking and organizational priorities. Students will also learn to navigate differing definitions of value across companies and gain the tools to assess and apply business value concepts in their professional career.

Prerequisite: Completion of or concurrent enrollment in ACCY 503, or consent of instructor. Restricted to MENG:Engr:Chem Engr Lead majors.
