Personal Investigation of Habit and Alexander Technique - Students will learn to tone objective awareness and kinesthetic listening to discern their embodied personal habits and learn to interrupt and repattern undo tension into efficient choices including body mapping, anatomy, and personal investigations of balance, poise, ease and activation through various movement activities, leading to monologues, and eventually to scenework.
Prerequisite: THEA 250. Restricted to BFA Theatre concentration in Acting.
