Businesses rely on data analytics to drive decision-making, requiring leaders who can interpret and apply data insights. This course provides foundational data analytics skills applicable across business settings. You will gain first-hand experience with key steps of data analytic processes, including data preparation, exploration, and tools for communicating data analytic results. Specifically, you will have the opportunity to manipulate real-world datasets, apply functions to transform data structures, and develop efficient coding practices using powerful data analytic language.
Credit is not given toward graduation for: MBA 561 and BADM 590, section title "Introduction to Business Analytics: Data and the Firm".
