Credit: 3 OR 4 hours.
How do contemporary societies confront global health challenges, and how can we assess the success of intervention programs? This course offers hands-on experience to develop, evaluate, and enhance plans that address today's pressing global health challenges. Students will select a key global health issue, analyze it through a multidisciplinary lens—combining biomedical insights with social determinants of health—and apply project design skills to create effective interventions.
3 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: Restricted to Junior standing or higher.
